A good  artist manager is someone who has a many connections in the industry. Love em or Hate em diddy does have endless connections.

But he hasn't had that much success managing artist careers thus far. i.e danity kane, day 26, lil kim. BadBoy has been accused of "raping" his artists and leaving them broke.
